Return policy

Due to the use of third parties some products such as merchandise may not be eligible for returns. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you received or if the product is damaged, you may be eligible to return it, although certain conditions may apply. If you choose to return the product, the purchaser must contact Curits Vintage Brush within 30 calendar days of receiving the package to arrange and request approval of return. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Once the product has been returned you will receive the agreed-upon refund via the card used for the purchase. No cash refunds. Please note that we may refuse a refund at any time for any reason.

Return instructions

  1. Contact us via email curtisvintagebrush@yahoo.com and notify us of the product issue. If approved for return you will receive a return form, shipping label, and instructions.

  2. attach the form inside the shipping box. and return label on the outside of the box of the product you are returning.

  3. After product is properly packaged, shipped and returned to seller you will be notified of the refund.
